How we work

SUACCASRS LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.
We keep a firm line at tax and legal work. We are not a CPA firm, enrolled agent or tax preparer: we prepare no returns, file nothing and give no tax advice. What we do is keep the records complete and current so the professional you hire spends their time advising you instead of sorting paper.

No. We are not a CPA firm, enrolled agent or tax preparer. We organize the records your tax professional works from, and we'll happily coordinate with them.
Can you tell me what's deductible?
No — that's tax advice. We make sure the records exist and are categorized consistently so your accountant can answer quickly.
We're a year behind. Is that a problem?
It's common and it's exactly what the catch-up project is for. We work backwards period by period rather than trying to fix everything at once.
Which software do you use?
Whatever you already use, in most cases. If you're on spreadsheets and the volume has outgrown them, we'll say so and explain the options.
How much does it cost?
It depends on volume and scope. Everything is quoted in writing after a free consultation, and nothing is charged before you accept.
